Yael Wagner
Yael Wagner is a German-Sudanese photographer who has been studying Visual Journalism and Documentary Photography in Hannover since 2024. She was born in Nuremberg in 2001 and grew up in a multicultural environment with many artistic influences, which inspired her early on to capture her perspectives through photography.
Her photo and video work deals with subjects such as identity, subcultures and travel. Above all, she wants to draw attention to socio-political issues and offer insights into worlds that remain closed to many. Her projects tell the stories of people and realities that are often overlooked by society.
