Lennard Schwarz (*1991) backt leidenschaftlich gerne Brot und interessiert sich besonders für nachhaltige Landwirtschaft und Produktionsweisen. Er lebt und arbeitet nach Stationen beim stern, GEOlino und dem Greenpeace Magazin als freier Fotograf und Bildredakteur in Hamburg.
