Nora Schwarz

Nora Schwarz (born 1991) is a German photographer and artist who lives in Hamburg and Hannover. Her work often deals with current social issues and reflects the beauty and self-determination of the individual.

Schwarz’s pictures tell of the interaction between people and their surroundings. She explores themes such as identity, emotional challenges, self-determination, body awareness and relationships. She is always trying out new creative approaches, and it is important to her to collaborate with the people she photographs and to reflect cultural diversity.

Her work has been shown in exhibitions and published in the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. Nora is currently studying photojournalism and documentary photography in Hannover. She is a member of the Fotobus Society.

Alongside her own projects, she also works on commission.
