Martin Steger

Martin Steger lives in Berlin and Hannover. As a photographer he works in portraiture and documentary photography. After training as a media designer, he assisted various architectural photographers in Germany, Italy and Brazil. From 2018 to 2020 he studied and attended seminars at the Ostkreuzschule für Fotografie in Berlin. Since 2019 he has been studying photojournalism and documentary photography at Hochschule Hannover. Martin’s work focuses on social documentary subjects and political photography.

Martin Steger’s work has been published in DIE ZEIT, on ZEIT ONLINE, in Greenpeace Magazin, in DER SPIEGEL and in stern.
