Max Schlag was born in southern Germany in 2001. After spending the first 20 years of his life in Berlin, he moved first to Leipzig and later to Hannover.
Subjects: In his work, Max always tries to tell stories that stay close to the people he photographs. He focuses on social issues, often linked to personal stories.
His work has already been published in several newspapers and magazines. Alongside his work as a photojournalist, Max works as a freelance portrait photographer.
