Rebecca Jäger
Rebecca Jäger, born in 2002, grew up in the ‘lion city’ of Braunschweig. Full of curiosity, she started doing internships at newspapers and radio stations early on. She didn’t just want to read and listen to news and stories; she wanted to contribute to them herself.
She has been studying journalism at Hochschule Hannover since 2022. A cheerful, positive person, she brings a unique perspective to her work. She believes that behind every story there is a person and that it is important to give everyone a voice.
Rebecca’s articles:
Lost place in the Harz: the abandoned Harzgerode sanatorium.
Where children were once treated for tuberculosis, silence now reigns – a walk through crumbling walls.
